Sagamore Meadows, part of the NADG team, has an opportunity for a General Dentist in our well-established, prosperous practice, located in West Lafayette, IN.

About the practice:
Our team at Sagamore Meadows Family Dental understands the importance of oral care to your overall health. Regular visits to the dentist help prevent tooth decay and loss, mouth pain, and a variety of chronic conditions. Maintaining regular dental care is a smart choice for your health.
- Experienced General Dentist as a Full Time provided supported by:
- Strong dedicated and tenured team to support; including FT hygienist, hygiene assistant, EFDA’s, TPC and OM
- Monday thru Friday work week
- 7 Ops total: 5 ops for Dentist and 2 for Hygiene
- Well established practice with high mix of services (place and restore implants, rcts on molar teeth, suresmile)
- Office produces a min of 7K per day with 99% collection rate
- High % of PPO payors with low % of state funded payors
- Sagamore is located close to Purdue University

- Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
- Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
- Provide exceptional dental care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
- Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
