Job Description:
The Vice Chancellor of Administration/CFO is responsible for all administrative activities and decisions in the areas of budget management, accounting, purchasing, investing, grants management, payroll, Business and Administrative functions including auxiliary services, Facilities, Risk management/insurance and information technology functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree with concentration in one or more of the following areas: business administration, financial management, or accounting.
- Experience of 8-10 years in a functional leadership position preferably in public administration, community college administration, public budgeting, finance, and accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of financial and legal best practices and requirements with a proven ability to provide sound and ethical financial counsel to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
