Who we are looking for:
As a Senior Analyst, you will help shape the strategic direction of a client’s digital marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights that relate to business challenges. You will be expected to manage projects to successful completion with collaborative support from internal teams consisting of account managers, strategists, and other analysts. You will be focusing primarily on digital measurement allowing for a concentration on website analytics, digital media analysis, CRM strategy, and social listening.
What you’ll do:
- Synthesizing large amounts of data from multiple sources to help assess effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on website performance using site tracking tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Generate insights from data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and/or update reports according to frequency schedules (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly) that provide:
- Clear, concise, and accurate information.
- Multiple insights and recommendations to help solve business priorities.
- Construct and employ creative test and learn plans to maximize impact of tactics.
- Create and execute against measurement frameworks that fit clients’ objectives across platforms.
- Build and implement tagging schema for digital assets to ensure appropriate tracking is in place.
- Perform ad hoc analyses such as social listening, keyword analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Provide analytics support on various other projects such as new business pitches.

What you’ll need:
- All-around talent, you can think through a complex business problem and solve it.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience reporting and analyzing digital marketing efforts as they relate to the profitable acquisition of new customers and existing customers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with site analytics raw data (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
- Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including data collection and validation familiarity. Certification preferred, though not required.
- Consulting experience is a plus, though not required.
- Strong understanding of the concepts, terminology, and measurement issues in Web/Digital Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
$70,000 — $140,000 USD
