The Senior Control Systems Engineer will champion the design, development, and optimization of advanced control systems for a diversified range of projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and client needs.

Focus:
- Draft Electrical Diagrams leveraging AutoCAD Electrical.
- Design, develop, and oversee PLC, Advanced Motion, and HMI Programs tailored to project needs and client specifications.
- Formulate new Standard Electrical Design blueprints and adapt existing ones.
- Actively engage in the Panel Construction phase, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Incorporate Vision Systems for various applications, including Orientation and Feature Recognition.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of control systems.
- Analyze client requirements in-depth, translating them into actionable project plans and strategies.
- Travel occasionally to client sites for system setups, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and global electrical and control system regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in control systems engineering.
- Evaluate the performance and reliability of existing control systems and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new components or technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and technicians on control system design and best practices.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in control systems design and implementation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, PLC programming, and HMI design.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and installations.
- Experience with safety protocols related to control systems, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with various communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and PROFIBUS.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
