What you’ll do….
Walmart Connect is a leading ad tech platform, committed to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst of Ad Policy to join our team.
This role will play an important part in moderating and enforcing our ad policies across all online and offline media. The role works closely with cross functional partners to ensure compliance with company guidelines, legal standards, and brand values. The Sr. Analyst of Ad Policy will evaluate advertisements for adherence to policies and apply the correct enforcement actions. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear and collaborative communication is essential for this role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handles daily advertisement policy questions from internal stakeholders. Enforces policies and responds to a wide array of requests with a sense of urgency and positive action. Respond to appeals or disputes in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Engages cross-functionally with a wide range of people with different skill sets to ensure compliance with advertising policy guidelines.
- Review: Monitor advertisements across various platforms for compliance with company policy and legal and regulatory standards.
- Analysis: Review flagged content to see if it violates advertising guidelines such as misleading claims, inappropriate content, or prohibited products.
- Communication: Distills complex information clearly and accurately and addresses ambiguity in a positive and constructive manner. Seeks and provides constructive feedback, anticipates needs/questions, and responds proactively.
Preferred Qualifications….
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention and management.
- Organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize.
- Detail-oriented, with an ability to distill the complex to simple.
- Consistent, objective, data and revenue-driven point of view when making decisions often without a clear right answer.
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
