What You'll Do:
As a Sr Administrative Partner, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the VP, Corporate Strategy and Development.
Here are some of the activities you will be doing:
- Independently manage schedules for VP, Corporate Strategy and Development, ensuring overall alignment with business priorities and enterprise strategy. This includes managing all aspects of scheduling, responding to invitations and requests, making priority decisions on behalf of the VP, negotiating optimal meeting availability, and overseeing tactical meeting coordination.
- Provide moderate to heavy inbox management, making recommendations on the most efficient way for the VP to organize their work and assisting in prioritizing information.
- Coordinate/draft/edit documents as needed, order supplies, assist with onboarding new employees, research and book travel arrangements, and manage expense management tasks.
- May be involved in a variety of business-value driven department or business-wide projects.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma and 4+ years related experience required, with 6 or more years of experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and detailed calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong desire for accuracy.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks.
- Responsible for managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office) and office equipment.
Salary Range Information:
Salary Range: $20.84 - $31.51 / hour.
Location/Work Environments:
This is an onsite position based at our downtown Des Moines, IA campus Monday - Thursday. Fridays can be remote, with occasional in-office requirements.
