At Amazon, we are committed to being the world's most customer-centric company. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive PXT strategic and tactical cross-functional initiatives, launch playbook initiatives, PXT metrics, Rhythm of Business, and change management for the Prime Air PXT team.
This role is not approved for remote, field-based, or other flexible work arrangements.
Key job responsibilities- Manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects, delivering ambitious goals and driving successful outcomes across multiple organizations.
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a keen ability to context-switch.
- Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's products, businesses, and competitive landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Orchestrate cross-team coordination, project/process management, and executive-level communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to craft and implement scalable, innovative solutions.
- Partner with PXT and other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
- Own program communication, accelerating progress through crisp and timely decision-making, clearing blockers, and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, driving the adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Drive operational goals and metrics, supporting the vision of both the team and the larger organization.
- Present project status and metrics for Prime Air PXT, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Launch experience within Amazon, specifically PXT playbook items or other related launch initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
