Reproductive Endocrinologist Needed in Metro New York City!!
A boutique-style fertility clinic located at the heart of Manhattan is looking for a reproductive endocrinologist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position that will require the candidate to come to the office from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic medical professional who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle outpatient visits in endocrinology and infertility
- Perform infertility evaluation, including ultrasound, SIS, endometrial biopsies
- Manage and monitor natural, IUI, and IVF cycles
- Surgical cases: egg retrievals, cyst aspirations, hysteroscopies, D&C, frozen embryo transfers
- Oversee medication administration
- Cover other physicians’ patients when needed
- Offer call coverage on Holidays/weekends
Requirements and Experience
- Obstetrics and Gynecology, subspecialty reproductive endocrinology
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Ability to commute to NYC
Office hours: around 8AM to 5 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional cases on Saturday (pretty rare, maybe once every 2 months, when there's a time-sensitive case that falls on a weekend like artificial insemination)
Patient volume: about 20 patients per day
Payor mix: roughly 75% have commercial plans, 20% have Medicaid, 5% have no insurance
Salary: $210 to 260K/year, negotiable
