The Role:
- 60% independent exploration and analysis of things like
- Logistics / operations optimization opportunities
- Patient engagement behavior
- Population health patterns
- Experiment opportunity sizing
- High-level business strategy
- 30% supporting team/business/customer data questions
- 10% A/B experiment design and analysis
Experience you bring:
- Strategic business data analysis
- Exploring complex data sets
- Independently identifying research avenues
- BI / data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, Grafana)
- Snowflake, Redshift or other data lake/warehousing solutions
Bonus experience to have:
- ELK stack
- Health tech or healthcare data (Claims data, CCDAs, HIEs)
- Operations optimization (vehicle routing, distributed logistics, supply chain)
- Growth marketing
- C-level executive communications
- People management (for eventually growing the team around you)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $190,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
