Job Description
A large multi-specialty group owned and led by physicians, committed to providing the highest quality care while building enduring relationships with their patients, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a group of dedicated providers in Central Connecticut.
Primary responsibilities will include providing quality professional care to achieve and maintain optimal patient health, including:
- Providing primary and preventative care for new and established patients.
- Conducting physical exams, medication reviews, and medication screenings.
- Treating and diagnosing chronic illnesses as well as episodic disorders.
- Providing patients with treatment plans and following up on patient care.
The provider will have a 4-day work schedule consisting of Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or call coverage.
Minimum Requirements:
- CT License
- DEA/CSR
- BLS/ACLS
