We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role in opening a new clinic!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a physician leader and be an energetic team-player with a love for patients in the Northland.
- Participate in the development of a high-quality, efficient service model integrating 2 MD’s, 2 APP’s, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.
- Promote a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
- Provide Walk-In care on-site.
- Work flexible hours, 0.6-1.0 FTE.
- 100% outpatient responsibilities.
- Participate in a 1:26 telephone call rotation.
- Receive a competitive salary based on regional and national surveys.
Location:
- Located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis.
- Population: approximately 3,000.
- Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000.
