Exciting Opportunity! The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting an outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA.

The long-tenured staff is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and ensuring access to healthcare for their community.

Clinic Hours:

40 hours/week M-F;
Flexibility with hours. Want 4 ten hour shifts? You got it!

Call Schedule:

None

Procedures you may provide:

Joint injections
Skin biopsies
IUD insertion
Nexplanon insertion

Ideal Candidate:

Experience and interest in providing Hep-C and HIV care

Electronic Health Record:

Epic

Minimum Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
Drug screen and background check is required upon hire.

Benefits:

Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for up to $75,000 for 2 years of service with an option to renew. Additional $5,000 if you are bilingual in Spanish.
Competitive Salary: Starting at $255,000+ based on experience, plus quality and productivity incentives.

Contract Bonus: Sign a 3-year contract and receive a $10,000 bonus each year, renewable annually for up to 5 years.
