CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Chief Technical Officer to join a growing and reputable organization in the banking industry. This is an opportunity to join a senior management team in a direct hire role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams.
- Proven success taking IT infrastructures to the next level.
- Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
- Responsible for developing and implementing technology initiatives throughout the company.
- Work closely with Senior Management team to develop and maintain a technological plan to support the company’s needs.
- Lead new technological implementations and communicate them to senior management.
- Must be well versed in technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, laptops, and desktops.
- Develop and control the annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
- Provide solutions to all technical issues in a cost-effective manner.
- Must show technical expertise regarding systems networking, databases, web development, and user support.
- Working knowledge of hardware platforms and enterprise software applications.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to all IT issues.
