$5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Eliot is seeking an experienced clinician with both individual and group therapy oversight as well as supervisory experience for the position of Juvenile Justice Clinical Director. The ideal candidate has worked with adolescents, has an understanding and willingness to learn DBT skills, and works well in a team setting.
Eliot’s juvenile justice programming includes a residential network for youth ages 13 to 21 who are court-involved and need placement while awaiting return to court, assessment, or longer-term treatment. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Coordinate treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans, and discharge plans.
- Oversee the medication, medical needs, and mental health of residents.
- Oversee advocacy and phase components of the program.
- Oversee, monitor, facilitate, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of daily groups.
- Coordinate, monitor, and facilitate special groups (substance abuse, violence prevention, DBT, victim awareness, etc.).
Qualifications: Clinical license is a contract requirement and is a requisite for the position. Accepted licenses include: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, Psychologist.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $85,000.
Location: Framingham, MA.
Qualifications Education:
Required: MA in Masters of Social Work.
Experience:
Required: 3 years of experience with adolescents.

- MA Driver's License
The sign-on bonus is prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.
