Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a hospital-owned primary care group on the hospital campus. This position will be the anchor physician for the hospital-based family practice clinic with strong CRNP support. The candidate must be quality-driven and will participate in a regional clinically integrated network. The hospital is a TOP 20 Rural & Community Hospital Staff.

Outpatient only, no call

The Community:
