Key Responsibilities:
- Outpatient family medicine.
- Serve a well-balanced panel: infants to elders.
- Interest in pre- and post-natal care and women's health is a plus.
- Serve a largely migrant and Latino community.
- Excellent staff support including certified bilingual Medical Assistant.
- Utilize EPIC - EMR.
- Full-time: 34 patient contact hours and 6 hours of administrative time per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed first-year salary: $283K based on 2.5 patients per hour.
- $30K hiring bonus.
- $20K relocation allowance.
- $2000 monthly resident stipend commencing the month after contract signed.
- 4-week Medical Spanish Program in Xayla, Guatemala.
- Excellent benefits including personal leave, holidays, CME time ($3700 annually), health/dental/vision, and retirement plans.
