Providence Health Plan is calling a Principal Strategy Consultant who will:
- Play an integral part of the Providence Health Plan (PHP) Corporate Strategy team as a flexible problem solver who will engage in a broad array of topics
- Provide hands-on management of a portfolio of initiatives including but not limited to:
- Strategic roadmap management
- Development of strategy KPIs and performance monitoring
- Market and business case research and modeling
- Execution of strategic partnerships
- Other M&A activities and other strategic topics
- Be responsible for early scoping through completion
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative capabilities to inform and shape decision making for initiatives
- Create materials to support executive forum decisions and engagement
- Serve as an analytic, critical thinker, and partner to PHP's Strategy leadership and PHP executives
- Flexibly respond to needs working effectively with people at all levels in the organization to develop recommendations and support change

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Health Administrations, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, or related fields, with background in consulting
- 3+ years of progressively increasing responsibility with problem solving and project management experience of complex, multi-regional, strategically important initiatives in a role that covered M&A, management consulting, finance and strategy, and/or business development
- 3+ years of change management, facilitation, and process improvement methodologies with substantial project management experience of complex, multi regional, strategically important initiatives in consulting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree: Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health Administration or related discipline

Pay Range: $59.73 - $96.15
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
