The Role:
We are currently seeking a General Manager for a leading lumber and building materials dealer in southwestern CT. Reporting to the Vice President of Lumber and Building Materials Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the branch including sales and operations. You will be the key point of contact for the branch, requiring effective communication and leadership skills. Your primary goal will be to grow sales and expand the business while complementing the existing strong management team. This role requires expertise in P&L management, inventory/purchasing, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base Salary ranging from $125,000 - $150,000 with an all in potential of over $175K!
