Full-time Family Medicine and Med-Peds Physicians are encouraged to apply!

Treat chronic and acute conditions while caring for adults and children.
Take advantage of robust support from a team that includes two physicians, a nurse practitioner, two RNs, and five medical assistants.
Practice model includes on-site access to pulmonary medicine, care coordinator, and behavioral health consultant.
Participate in a 1:6-week call schedule.
