Seeking a full-time BC/BE Nocturnist as the group continues to expand in a thriving community. This opportunity has block scheduling that makes for a great work-life balance.
- Open ICU; no procedures
- Employed Opportunity with a Strong, Independent, Non-profit Hospital - 501 (c)(3)
- Joining an established team of: six daytime Hospitalists (four physicians/two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00am
- Block Schedules - 5 on/5 off OR 7 on/7 off
- Minimum of 15 shifts per month - 180 shifts per year
- EMR System - Meditech
- Contract: $2080 per night shift - Shift pay + RVU generated bonus - High earning potential; extra shift bonus if covering ICU
