Our search firm has been retained to recruit a Chief Medical Officer for our not-for-profit client in Cleveland, OH. For more than 40 years, our client has provided award-winning care for northern Ohio. Our client has a Hospice ADC of 1400+ (two freestanding hospice homes with 72 combined beds) and an ADC of 800+ through its community-based palliative care program for patients who are more upstream in their serious illness. This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognized and innovative organization! This position will be all administrative with some clinical fill-in work as backup for providers on vacation, out sick, etc.
The CMO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provide strategic leadership and medical direction to assure that patients and families receive appropriate and ideal medical care.
This position requires a person to be in Cleveland, OH for the role. This is not a telehealth role, nor is it a hybrid work-from-home part of the week role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Board Certification in a primary specialty is required.
