Job Summary: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. We are seeking a compassionate Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, as well as DPC and concierge care, prospective care, hyperbaric medicine, and other methods focused on regenerative/longevity medicine and research. HH&WC offers top-tier technology resources to help achieve these goals and is open to additional resource recommendations pertaining to your specialist field.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Board Certification (ABIM) – Infectious Disease; or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
- DEA certificate;
- WY Licensure or the Ability to Obtain WY Licensure;
- Fellowship trained in Infectious Diseases;
- Excellent Skill Set Infectious Disease;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Infectious Disease
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose infectious diseases by taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Consult with patients and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for infectious diseases, which may include prescribing antibiotics, antiviral medications, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and manage the progress of patients throughout their treatment.
- Provide guidance on infection control and prevention strategies in healthcare facilities, including the management of outbreaks and epidemics.
- Advise on vaccination strategies and immunizations to prevent infectious diseases.
- Offer recommendations and immunizations for travelers to reduce the risk of acquiring diseases in specific regions.
- Consult with other healthcare providers, such as internists, surgeons, and intensive care physicians, on cases involving infectious diseases.
- Work collaboratively with infectious disease nurses, microbiologists, and epidemiologists in the management of outbreaks.
- Stay current with the latest medical advancements and research in the field of infectious diseases.
- May engage in clinical research or contribute to the development of new treatments and vaccines.
- Educate patients about their specific infectious diseases, including transmission, prevention, and long-term management.
- Provide guidance on managing chronic infectious diseases and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records of patient consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation and reporting standards.
- Adheres to department policies.
- Build and deploy a Bacteriophage program as well as research and develop a Bacteriophage therapy for clinical treatment.

- Salary: HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 after start date.
- Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus.

- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
Location Information: Hoskinson’s Health & Wellness clinic is located in Campbell County, between the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota. You will find a thriving community of around 50,000 people from all over the country. This location is a haven for hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, camping and boating activities. You are within driving distance of Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks and all the activities they have to offer. In addition, you are close to Mount Rushmore and Devils Tower.
