Compensation:$87,500 - $100,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations across all real estate functions including sales, property management, and investing.
- Manage budgetary planning and cost management to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the attainment of operational goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business operations with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that lead to increased productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
