Job Description
Reports to CISO and works with a team of Cyber Security specialists.
The Cyber Security Manager is responsible for identifying risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' products and services, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the integrity and sustainability of the service delivery network, which consists of advanced server-based applications used to support our client's customers. The successful candidate will work directly with senior team members on issues that may require some after-hours and weekend availability.
Specific Job Duties:
- Articulate technical and security requirements to departments/business groups.
- Assist in the creation of the Security Strategy for the enterprise.
- Identify gaps in security operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist with the maintenance of application and operating system software in the Service Delivery Network.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Prioritize compliance actions according to business risk.
Desired Preferred Skills:
- Industry certifications – PMP, CISA, CISSP, Security +.
- Department of Defense IT experience.
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or relative discipline.
- 6-12 years combined experience in information security.
- Proficient with Unix / Linux, Microsoft.
- Strong analytical problem solving.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to plan and work to a deadline.
