Fabulous Outpatient Psychiatry Opportunity - Washington, DC
Outpatient Psychiatrist needed to provide services to adults and families at a community development organization providing a wide range of services toward positively impacting families and communities in Washington, DC. The patient base includes ADHD, depression, general psychological issues, and addiction medicine treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Psychiatric evaluation.
- Prescription, supervision, or administration of mental health-related medication.
- Monitoring and interpreting results of laboratory diagnostic procedures related to mental health medication.
- Providing medical interventions needed for effective treatment, either as individual or group interventions.
The psychiatrist should be comfortable treating some adolescent patients.
