The Role
We’re on the lookout for a visionary Entertainment GM and Business Leader to join forces with our Vice President of Film and President of Music to steer our division to new heights. In this role, you’ll take charge of financial performance, oversee P&L management, and ensure key metrics are consistently hit, all while driving strategic growth. If you have a sharp mind for business, a knack for financial analysis, and a solid track record in the entertainment or film industry, we want to hear from you.
We’re searching for innovative leaders with deep expertise and proven experience in business management to propel us into our next phase of success. You’ll spearhead new strategic initiatives, foster partnerships both new and old, and lead a talented team—all while managing your own P&L. Most importantly, we need someone who thrives on challenges, approaches obstacles with a "yes and" mentality, and delivers game-changing results.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Music and Film Leadership to develop and execute the business strategy for the music division.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to enhance the division’s market presence.
- Oversee the division’s P&L, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.
- Track, analyze, and report key financial metrics such as revenue, margins, and operating expenses to optimize performance.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning with broader company goals.
- Manage contract negotiations, business deals, and partnerships in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Regularly present financial reports and business performance updates to executive leadership, offering insights for growth and innovation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in business leadership within the music, film, entertainment, or media industries.
- 10+ years in driving business strategy and initiatives for a business unit, ideally in entertainment.
- Strong financial expertise with a proven ability to manage P&L and drive business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, emphasizing collaboration and results.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and drive decision-making at the executive level.
- Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator.
- Excited by problem-solving.
- Fearless.
