Requirements:
Full time BC/BE experienced neurosurgeon or graduating resident or fellow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and technical skills with experience in the latest neurosurgical techniques.
Reason for Recruitment:
Active recruitment is being launched both in part to growth in the neurosurgical service line and as a replacement for a recent departure. Lengthening wait times, increased demand for functional neurosurgery and the need for additional coverage are key drivers in launching a search for an addition to the neurosurgery department.
Practice Details:
This broad-based neurosurgical practice includes spine, cranial, and peripheral nerve surgery. A full range of state-of-the-art equipment is available including neuro-navigation and stereotactic radiosurgery. Additionally, functional neurosurgery opportunities are available through Gamma Knife¨ Perfexionª surgery, deep brain stimulation, and vagal nerve stimulation.
As a member of the Medical Center medical staff, the new surgeon will be joining an experienced team of three neurosurgeons, four neurologists, two neuroradiologists, a CNIM tech, physician assistants, and a neuronurse educator.

Compensation:
