Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible ENT Physician with general ENT practice but fellowships welcome. The ideal candidate will have an otology focus/interest and possess concise and compassionate communication skills for the education of patients and families. Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.
Position Details:
- The position is full-time consisting of a 4 or 5-day schedule.
- It is open to 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE.
- Call will consist of 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks).
- There are consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program.
- Clinic hours are 8-5, with flexible scheduling possible to obtain 6.5-7 hours of scheduled patient care with 1 surgical day per week once practice is established.

Benefits:
- First-year pay range: $443,667 to $479,639. Wages are based on the MGMA/AMGA median. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off.
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14.
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000.
