FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Hospitalists, Geriatricians and Nocturnists needed – Philadelphia area!!

We are looking to hire 1-2 Geriatricians.

YOUNG PRACTICE AND GROWING!

The practice conducts a lot of house calls and home care, including nursing homes, assisted living, hospice/palliative care, hospitals (taking care of their own patients at the hospital), and outpatient services.

There are 4 Medical Directors and the practice is a private group with a membership track.

VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: You can work the hours you want. Some physicians work in the office only, while others work in the office, hospital, and nursing homes, or just in the office and hospital. HOSPICE WORK IS AVAILABLE TOO!

This is a physician-owned practice with an eclectic group of physicians that play to each other's strengths. It is a very geriatric-centered practice located in an affluent area.

There is a partnership track (after a couple of years) with no buy-in. Typical benefits include medical insurance, 401K with some matching, disability, etc.

Call is divided between 3 areas (hospital, nursing homes, and outpatient) with a call schedule of 1:4 or 1:5 and every 4th weekend. Call for nursing homes is just from home.

The number of patients you see is up to you; earnings vary between $100,000 and $200,000+ based on workload. Compensation includes a percentage of what you take in, with an initial draw reconciled every quarter.

Our caring physicians specialize in general adult medicine, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal problems, and are available for house calls, hospital visits, nursing home care, and geriatric consultations.
