- 7 sessions per week of clinical care including private panel and resident precepting.
- 3 sessions per week for educational, population health, and administrative work.
- Teach and evaluate Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, EM/IM residents and medical students in the health system's largest teaching practice.
- X + Y scheduling system internal medicine and Med-Peds residents.
- Participate in resident didactics as part of the ambulatory academic half day.
- Mentor resident quality improvement and clinical initiatives.
- Participate in faculty development sessions.
- Take advantage of a Monday-Friday work week and access to a broad array of provider expertise and clinical interests.
- Support with Behavioral Health, PharmD, Social Work and Care Management services.
- Choose to live in New Jersey, Delaware, or Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Compensation & benefits package include:
- Base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options (including eligibility for PSLF participation), plus sign-on & relocation bonus.
