Description:
The role of the Physician Practice Services Coordinator is to plan, coordinate, execute and finalize projects for the Baptist Health Medical Group, in conjunction with senior leadership. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. Works with internal and external teams to support practices, providing training and oversight as needed. Communicates regularly with practice managers and leadership teams throughout BHMG, and outside service providers. Ensures that Baptist Health‘s philosophy of service excellence in providing professional, efficient, and compassionate service are applied throughout BHMG.
Estimated pay range for this position is $20.94 - $25.34 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors
Additional Qualifications: Must possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with various internal and external leadership teams. Experience in physician acquisition or project management preferred. Familiarity with vendor agreements, supply chain management, and accounts payable preferred. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects. Works with minimal supervision, consistently exercising good judgment. Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be a professional, detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and able to maintain confidentiality.
