Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to set operational objectives and priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to make informed recommendations for operational improvements.
- Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
Revenue Performance:
- Develop, implement, and administer expense and quality controls.
- Ensure operational excellence and total quality management.
- Improve homeowner satisfaction (as measured by Homeowner retention).
- Improve guest satisfaction (as measured by guest feedback and reviews).
- Ensure tools, systems and standards are optimized for greater efficiency and to deliver the highest quality guest and homeowner services.
- Coordinate sales and marketing to grow reservations and new property acquisition.
- Establish and achieve goals for monthly, quarterly and annual sales in reservations and continued growth in homeowner acquisition vs prior year.
- Oversee website effectiveness, SEO, AdWords, and third-party distribution management.
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote vacation rentals and attract potential guests.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential guests and new property acquisitions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies and pricing.
- Establish and achieve goals for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales in reservations and continued growth in homeowner acquisition vs prior year.
- Actively champion results-oriented ethos of “fast, friendly, flexible, fun, financially sound, family-spirited” company values.
- Build a team environment and generate efficiency and cross-communication.
- Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coaching, training, mentoring, inspiring, and developing managers, directors, and team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Work with leadership team to ensure effective government relations via compliance with municipal ordinances.
- Increase employee productivity through scheduling optimization and training.

Required Technical Skills:
- 4 years management experience in hospitality/vacation rental preferred.
- Understanding and knowledge of the following:
- Social media, sales and marketing techniques (and track record).

- Google Analytics.
- SEO best practices.
- Direct marketing.
- Mastery of MS Word, Excel, keyboard skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
