Responsible for determining materials and product conformance to customer drawing and quality requirements through in-process and final inspection as defined by inspection/test plans, inspection reports, and internal Quality Systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming and final inspection of machined components using precision measuring devices.
- Create, complete, and control clear and accurate inspection report documentation for record-keeping of project measurement data.
- Review and develop inspection and test plans, assist with in-process machining audits.
- Report non-conforming material and product, support the completion of non-conformance repair activity: assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Assist with customer source inspections and customer quality-related visits and requests.
- Maintain internal calibration system via internal device audits, and support the development, writing, training, and implementation of process documentation.
- Take part in internal process audits, assist with process improvement activities, and support the development, writing, training, and implementation of process documentation.

This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.
CLEANish shop, Well Lit, Non/Temp Controlled. Only running a 1st shift, but working roughly 60 hour weeks (6a-5p - Mon - Fri) + Half Days on Saturday.
