About the Position: Serves as an Action Officer for Strategic Initiatives of the organization, as a strategic advisor and communications analyst on a wide range of subjects and issues related to organizational practices.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11/NH-02 level in the Federal service which includes:
- Assist in responding to strategic-level analysis requirements and direction to develop the foundation of and communicate the Strategic vision to internal and external audiences.
- Assist with the development of new communication business processes and concepts to improve work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate visits and activities of leadership at various engagements and conferences.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
