Job Overview
Human Services, Inc. is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive management team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial health, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of treasury management, ensuring efficient cash flow and liquidity.
- Lead business development initiatives by providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in creating detailed forecasts to guide long-term planning and investment decisions.
- Manage accounting functions including cost accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or equivalent position.
- Strong background in treasury management, financial report writing, business development, and business analysis.
- Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, cost accounting, and regulatory reporting is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
