Responsibilities
Come join us! Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team! Internal Medicine practice providing outpatient services for the adult population 18 years and older. Includes preventative health maintenance, chronic and acute care needs. The RN will be part of a team comprised of LPNs, Ambulatory Techs, Physicians, and APPs. Responsibilities include:
- Telephone triage
- Direct patient care
- Medication/vaccine administration
- Minor laboratory testing
- Patient teaching and health education
Must possess strong assessment and communication skills along with the ability to work independently. Supervision of LPNs and Ambulatory Techs as assigned. One to two years of experience in direct nursing care required.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $35.35 - $45.96 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
