Position Details:

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
Patient volume usually 16-25 a day
See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
M-F, 8am-5pm
New Grads are welcome to apply

Required Qualifications:

Unrestricted CA License
CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program or Medical School
EMR Proficiency

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
