Description
We’re looking for a Legendary Head of Account Management to lead Overwolf’s growing team of account managers in the US. This individual will be the main point of contact for Overwolf’s most important strategic clients and will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. They will demonstrate and teach best practices for managing and growing key client accounts while delivering exceptional client service.
As the Head of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in the Brand Partnerships team at Overwolf and work with some of the world's biggest brands and the most popular AAA games. You’ll develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention, manage and grow key client accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You will oversee the conduct and performance of the entire Account Management team, focusing on building and delivering growth plans and expectations for leadership. As the team lead, you will play a key role in standardizing customer onboarding processes, increasing client retention rates, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Most importantly, through your team’s efforts, you will drive meaningful impact for the tens of thousands of creators who rely on Overwolf’s tools and services to build their apps, mods, and servers.
This role is open to candidates on the East Coast only.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Own the post-sale client relationship process; develop, implement, and manage strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Attract, manage, and grow a team of account managers, ensuring Overwolf is recognized as best in class for client service.
- Lead and expand key client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee campaign implementation after a sale, ensuring flawless execution and that campaigns meet client objectives.
- Project manage custom projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain account plans for each client, outlining strategies and goals for each account.
- Monitor and report on client activity, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account health.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising (account management, client services, media planning or related fields)
- 5+ years experience at a media or advertising technology company, in an account management / client services role
- 2+ Years of demonstrated experience building or managing an account management team.
- Residency on the East Coast
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven
- Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
- Fluent in English and must be willing to have flexible schedule, as we work across time zones (USA & Tel Aviv)
- Proficient in Google suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Programmatic media experience is preferred
- Passion for gaming is a plus
