What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new business within the SMB segment
- Build and lead a strong team of Account Executives through coaching and innovative growth strategies
- Manage a pipeline of SMB prospects, ensuring organized sales processes and utilizing CRM tools to track performance
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Regularly review data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SMB segment
- 3+ years of experience managing direct sellers, preferably within the SMB segment
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team and meet revenue targets
- Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and data-savvy, with experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

- Fluency in additional languages beyond English
- Previous roles focused on client relationship management and sales strategy execution
