Position: Administrator/Executive Director
Location: Trinity, FL (Trinity Memory Care) 8582 Old Country Road 54 New Port Richey, FL 34653
Hire date: 2-4 weeks
Salary range: $75,000- $80,000 per year
Benefits: To be discussed @ interview
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred. Applicants must have at least two years' experience in the senior housing industry preferably in higher level management. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment testing. Valid Florida CORE ALF Administrator License. LPN or RN license preferred, not required.
Knowledge/Skills:

- Demonstrates computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interests.
- Possess strong written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Demonstrates good judgement, strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledgeable of regulations and guidelines for assisted living.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must lead by example and possess superior customer service skills and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
- Possesses a high degree of personal accountability, responsibility and independent decision-making abilities with the skills to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the organization.
- Must function independently, make independent decisions, demonstrate flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
Job Description:
Trinity Memory Care is looking for a dynamic person with a heart and passion to serve seniors to join its team as the Memory Care Administrator. Job duties of a memory care administrator include but are not limited to managing and supervising staff and overseeing operations within the community and regulatory guidelines at a memory care facility. In addition to administrative responsibilities such as budgeting and scheduling, they ensure that elderly residents at the facility are receiving quality care, and that staff performance meets state and federal regulations. A memory care administrator will also oversee security, transportation of residents, and marketing/referral sources. Ensures that emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.
