Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead the overall operations of ARCA Home and Community Based Services, ARCA Health Services Division and ARCA InterCare Services. Provides clinical oversight to Supported Living Services. Develops and implements quality programs and services that meet the needs and approval of the customers. Is responsible for contract compliance in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Supervises Division Director, Dept. Manager, Social Worker, Case Worker, and Program Manager and other staff as designated by the Clinical Director. Provides Clinical Supervision of licensed personnel as required. Works with the President/CEO and Leadership team to develop and implement ARCA’s vision, mission, values, strategic plan, and quality initiative framework. Works with quality improvement teams to develop long- and short-range program goals, objectives and evaluation procedures designed to meet customer needs. Receives policy and direction from the President/CEO and ARCA Board of Directors; provides information and leadership on matters that may require Board action or approval; maintains program documentation for regular review and evaluation. Maintains current knowledge in the field of intellectual/developmental and cognitive disabilities and provides professional guidance and leadership to staff, volunteers and other groups with affiliated interests. Represents ARCA with the general public, professional organizations, and governmental bodies. Works with the CFO to institute fiscal guidelines; administers all services budgets. Responsible for overall safety, health and risk management within all ARCA services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, Business Administration, from an accredited university is required; Master’s degree and advanced credentialing is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the field of intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities.
- A minimum of five years applicable experience including programmatic development and implementation, administrative/management, supervision, financial management (budgeting), is required.
- Must have demonstrated experience and skills in leadership, problem solving, public relations, and organization.
- Skill in developing and implementing services that meet the needs and aspirations of customers.
- Maintains fiscal practices that ensure a positive bottom line for each service area.
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other organizations and the public.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
