Position Highlights:
- Independent practice with strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospital that provides a full range of OB/GYN medicine.
- Ambulatory Surgery center on campus.
- Supported by an excellent multi-disciplinary team that includes radiology.
- Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility.
- Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services to our community through the provision of office services, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
- Monday-Friday clinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule.
- Obtains detailed history and develops patient care charts; performs physical examinations and evaluations on assigned patients; assesses and treats medical problems and provides direct patient care to a specified patient population.
- Excellent access to GYN-Oncology, Perinatology and NICU physicians.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing with advanced skills in physical assessment OR possession of a Bachelor’s degree, together with a certificate from completing an American Medical Association approved physician assistant program.
- Current unrestricted license to practice and use the title of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in NYS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in an OB/GYN practice preferred.
New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $114,784 to $160,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
