As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management Finance team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Job Title: Finance Director | Revenue Cycle Management
Reports To: VP, Finance | Enovis Bracing and Support
Location: Carlsbad, California
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties (included but not limited to):
- Lead, train and develop a team of two analysts and AP clerk to drive the day-to-day financial management activities of the Bracing and Support business in line with Company financial objectives.
- Responsible for full P&L reporting and planning: Revenue, COGS, SG&A, with focus on RCM, Surgicare, OPE, Tarmac, and other Insurance based channels.
- Responsible for Bad Debt/ASC analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the P&R group.
- Responsible for Revenue Cycle Management.
- Support FCF reporting and planning, including CAPEX and AR.
- Lead monthly forecast, annual plan and strategic plan. Own the bottoms up monthly forecast process with focus on RCM, Surgicare, OPE, Tarmac, and other Insurance based channels.
- Review and ensure accuracy of reporting, Surgicare and Tarmac uploads and TIMS reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business performance and provide insights.
- Oversee the preparation and review of internal financial reporting data.
- Responsible for supporting EY audit with focus on RCM, Surgicare, OPE, Tarmac, and other Insurance based channels.
- Prepare financial decks for periodic business review meetings- L0, L1, L2.
- Assist in preparing profitability analysis of products, customers, business segments and locations on an ad-hoc basis.
- Support decision making, including financial modeling of new product pipeline and acquisitions.
- Partner with the senior leaders to drive business results.
- Collaborate with corporate FP&A.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives surrounding the forecast process including forward-looking trend analysis and establishing leading indicators to drive forecast attainment.
- Maintain oversight of standard operating procedures for each of the ongoing finance workstreams that supports the business.
- On an as needed basis, may be asked to assist other members of the finance team in new system implementation efforts, research projects, and new transaction, merger, or acquisition evaluation, accounting and integration.
Minimum Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years + in a corporate financial reporting or public accounting equivalent environment.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience working within Revenue Cycle Management and other Insurance related revenue recognition processes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, while prioritizing the critical items across multiple businesses to achieve results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across functions and at all organizational levels, including executive management and global personnel.
- Proficient in US GAAP.
- Experienced in Oracle.
- Experienced in HFM.
- Experienced in Snowflake and Dataworks and Quickbooks, nice to have.
- Experienced in TIMS, nice to have.
Travel: Occasional travel, 10% or less expected.
