We're seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our team in crafting high-quality finishes on wood, rattan, and other unique materials. salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage production, and scheduling for a team of 15.
- Monitor workflows to ensure production schedules are met while overseeing inventory for timely project completion.
- Develop and document custom techniques and formulas for paints, stains, and finishes to match samples.
- Select appropriate sealers, stains, and top coats based on wood characteristics.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment such as pneumatic spray guns.
- Conduct routine safety audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to meet specific color requirements and ensure consistent application.
- Train and mentor staff on finishing techniques and color theory, enhancing overall team efficiency.
- Continuously seek process improvements to optimize finishing operations and reduce waste.
