Job Description
Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is craving to be part of a fast-growing company AND a best place to work company. We are seeking someone that will thrive as an individual contributor on our talented product and solutions marketing team, while being able to guide junior team members. This ideal candidate will have a proven track record in being able to work across marketing disciplines and cross functionally. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, product positioning and messaging, marketing content for product launches, events and sales enablement, and go-to-market plans for ServiceNow Vault products and solutions. Strong communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with ServiceNow Vault (Platform Encryption, Data Privacy, Log Export Service, and Zero Trust Access).
What you get to do in this role:
- Cross team collaboration for the ServiceNow Vault and lead the product and solutions marketing execution.
- Support marketing teams with product marketing content for campaigns and programs.
- Work across product marketing teams to create foundational messaging and content that drives awareness and alignment across internal and external audiences for ServiceNow Vault.
- Support product management teams with adoption programs.
- Help support and manage key digital and physical events including speaker selection, content reviewers, messaging support.
- Write and edit content such as website copy and blog posts.
- Deliver content for product launches maintaining high quality standards and a timely delivery.
- Build sales enablement assets that can help build awareness with our Core Sellers.
- Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7+ years of product/solution marketing/management.
- 2 years of experience in software platforms, ServiceNow Vault (Platform Encryption, Data Privacy, Log Export Service, and Zero Trust Access). Knowledge of AI a plus.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Up to 10% travel.
