The Assistant Director of Outreach & Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding Regent University’s reach and enrollment through strategic engagement with Corporate Partners and recruitment initiatives. This position will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HR departments, leaders, and potential students from Corporate Partner organizations while utilizing both virtual and on-site recruitment strategies to drive applications and enrollment across Regent University’s programs.
Essential duties:
- Maintain and nurture a caseload of Corporate Partners while serving as the primary contact for Regent University’s recruitment initiatives.
- Initiate and attend virtual and in-person recruitment events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and information about university programs, admissions processes, and financial aid.
- Travel regularly for recruitment events, conferences, and meetings, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Update and manage partner webpages with fresh statistics, student stories, and relevant content.
- Research and evaluate new organizations and events aligned with Regent University’s mission and degree programs.
- Collaborate with the Director of Outreach & Partnerships and other stakeholders to enhance outreach strategies and productivity.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including daily, weekly, and seasonal key performance indicators.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, prospects, and outcomes to ensure effective follow-up and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in higher education, sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or donor relations is preferred
- Familiarity with contract negotiation, business development, and project management is preferred
- Must be able to maintain a satisfactory driver history
