Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and strategic planning for various Specialty Practices. Provide direction and lead new initiatives for all of the centers listed. Responsible for physician recruitment as well as budget development, allocation and monitoring for all areas of responsibility. Development of management team and identifying opportunities for growth. In collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain VP, conducts financial analysis of all areas of responsibility and identifies key spend areas for reduction in cost.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred; will consider 15 years or more of experience and demonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities throughout their career will be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of healthcare management experience required
Compensation:
Min: USD $51.86/Hr. Max: USD $93.35/Hr.
