Job Overview
As a pivotal leader within our organization, the Chief Impact Officer will be instrumental in assessing and refining our program models by leveraging data-driven strategies. This role encompasses the establishment of performance metrics that align with funding stipulations, ensuring program coherence, and spearheading initiatives that drive our mission forward. The Chief Impact Officer will also oversee the implementation of Salesforce and develop reporting tools that enhance organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of strategic objectives centered on program effectiveness and participant-focused initiatives.
- Partner with the executive team to integrate impact considerations into all operational facets and decision-making processes.
- Expand and enhance the organization’s Salesforce system to accurately capture vital data and produce insightful reports for program advancement.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards that provide leadership with regular performance and impact insights.
- Establish robust data collection, analysis, and reporting mechanisms across all programs.
- Design and implement program evaluation frameworks to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
- Drive enhancements to programs based on data insights, improving outcomes for participants.
- Identify service gaps and collaborate with colleagues to design new programs that meet community requirements.
- Fulfill reporting obligations for funding partners and stakeholders.
- Create compelling impact reports tailored for various marketing formats.
- Represent the organization in collaborations with government agencies, community partners, and employers.
- Ensure compliance with funder requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Business Administration, or Data Science preferred.
- Certifications in project management, data analysis, or impact measurement are advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in program management, impact assessment, or quality assurance within the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective impact measurement frameworks and promoting data-driven decision-making practices.
