Job Title: Note Specialist I
Department: Note
We are looking for a Note Specialist I to join our team. The Note Specialist I will be responsible for assisting with payments, system processing, funding, preparing loan documents, and reporting of loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily duties which include reviewing call back, processing payments, balancing loans, and pulling system reports.
- Pull out loan-related notifications and mail them out to customers.
- Prepare certifications, demand letters, block postings, line advances, and payments.
- Review and process loan-related invoices.
- Upload loan-related documents and reports.
- Process new loan bookings and funding; renewals and extensions; and demand/payoff.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in note operations, credit administration, lending, or banking preferred.
- Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
