Duties

- Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management.

- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing costs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among staff.
- Handle cash management processes, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the establishment and attract new customers.
